Timberland Properties agents earn sales awards

REGION  — Real estate firm Coldwell Banker (CB) recently announced that 24 agents received special recognition from the parent company for sales achievements in 2021.

Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties also earned the top sales rank in the four-county board of Realtors. 

Jill Ogden, from the Delhi office, again received the President’s Premier Award for placing in the top one percent of CB agents worldwide. 

Pauline Trottier, from the Sidney office, earned President’s Elite status. She was recognized for placing in the top three percent of all the company’s sales associates worldwide.

Six Timberland Properties agents are members of the International President’s Circle, ranking in the top seven percent of sales associates worldwide. They were Jeffrey Ashton, Christine O’Shaughnessy and Carol Spinelli from Margaretville; Leighton Ashley from Boiceville; and Stephen Kaminsky and Melissa Wakin Mostert from Delhi.

Earning membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, representing the top 12 percent of all sales associate worldwide, were Deborah Gorenflo and James Karpowicz from Roscoe, Leah Long and Cody Rose from Oneonta, Jacqlene Rose and Catherine Treffeisen from Sidney, John Tufillaro from Margaretville and Mary Maney from Delhi.

Seven Timberland Properties representatives—Fleur Bailey, Susan Doig, Stacy Keck-Colliton, Reginald Oberlag, Sean O’Shaughnessy, Paula Loesel and Maria Smith—joined the CB International Sterling Society, which is presented to the top 18 percent of sales.

Albany-based Coldwell Banker Prime purchased the local company from founder Eric Wedemeyer in 2017.
