What are your plans for Thanksgiving? We always host Thanksgiving dinner, and it is simply the best! I love the planning, cooking and baking and there is nothing better than a turkey roasting in the oven with the Thanksgiving Day parade on in the background.

I have started the planning stages of what to make already (although it doesn’t really change from year to year).

Veterans Day is coming up this weekend. Be sure to participate in a local area service or parade.

Don’t forget that the Community Health and Wellness Class will be held at the Lake Huntington Fire House every Saturday at 10 a.m. Elevate your morning with purpose and vitality as you embark on a transformative journey tailored for all levels.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Warm radiant heated floors and climate control for your comfort.
  • Ample parking and clean, large public restrooms.
  • Optional private wellness checks by certified emergency medical providers.
  • Mindful breathwork and gentle movements to alleviate stress and enhance flexibility.
  • A warm, inviting space to connect with others in our community.
  • Complimentary coffee, tea and homemade snacks for a delightful indulgence.
  • Donations are accepted to support community initiatives.

Immerse yourself in this serene and inclusive environment, where you can nurture your body, rejuvenate your mind, and start your day feeling revitalized. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to empower you in facing life's challenges with grace.
