NARROWSBURG, NY — TESS Mainstreet has announced its next artist pop-up: Joyce Chadwick’s photography show, titled ”Mannequin Mystique,” runs from Thursday, June 13 to Sunday, July 21, with an opening reception on Saturday, June 15 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Drawn to Manhattan window displays, Chadwick once said she felt compelled to document these theatrical settings that change with the seasons. “One day while walking in New York City, I came across a dramatic window display that caught my eye. Reflections of nearby buildings emerged in some of the frames which inadvertently added to the mystery of the scene.”

Chadwick (1947-2020) garnered numerous awards and exhibited her work in the United States, Malaga, Spain and Germany, as well as appearing in many publications. 

The reception is being held in conjunction with the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance’s opening for artists Glenn Lieberman and Danielle Klebes on the same day.
