HUDSON, NY — Nine Cakes Bakery is launching a line of mouthwatering jams this spring. On March 10, Nine Cakes will hold a tasting event; save the date and watch the bakery’s page for a time at www.ninecakes.com.

The initial launch takes place on Friday, March 15. 

Six jam flavors are available: blueberry lavender, lemon curd, triple citrus marmalade, plum rosemary, cardamom cherry and apricot honey.

Nine Cakes Jams come as a set of six or sold individually. The jar size is 7 ounces. The price for a set of six is $65 retail. Individually, jars are priced at $12 retail.

The jams also come in a mini size (2-ounce jars), which are only sold a set. The price of a set of six mini jars is $32 retail.

The jams can be purchased in the Hudson shop or online at www.ninecakes.com.

These new jams are a perfect complement for their cake flavors, a spokesperson said. That’s because at Nine Cakes, “we're all about those classic tastes with a little something extra. The delightful blend of cardamom, honey and rosemary, dancing with fruits—it's just delicious."
