DINGMANS FERRY, PA — The Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) will hold a Plant ID 101 class at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 25 on the center’s grounds.
Join Heather Houskeeper, the Botanical Hiker, for an introductory botany lesson. The program will cover how to key out a plant using Newcomb’s Wildflower Guide, followed by time outside utilizing the plant keys to identify the plants that you see. Guidebooks and magnifying loupes will be provided for the class.
The cost is $20 per person.
