The summer will be here before you know it and that means travel plans for most. If you are taking a family vacation and need pet-sitting services, look no further than Aspen’s Corner.

Aspen’s Corner is a small at-home boarding facility in Cochecton, NY, that offers an alternative to a typical kennel boarding experience.

Heather will watch and care for your furry friends with in-home stays, and your pets are truly a part of their family and get to experience all the comforts of home.

The owner, Heather Ryder, is a certified professional dog trainer through CCPDT (the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers) and a Canine Good Citizen evaluator through the AKC. Heather also completed the Karen Pryor Professional Program, and has years of experience caring for a variety of pets and livestock.

Heather offers a meet-and-greet before your pet stays, to make sure they are a good fit. She takes care of your pet as she would one of her own animals.

In addition to boarding, Aspen’s Corner offers basic obedience training, grooming, drop-in visits and day care. To learn more, call 845/701-2950  or email info@aspen
scorner.com.

Red Dogs football registration is open! The Red Dogs will be holding a registration event on Saturday, January 21 and Saturday, January 28 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Sullivan West Elementary School in Jeffersonville, NY. The cost is $40 for cheer and flag football, and $60 for junior/senior tackle football. Register early and save $10, or $5 on multiple players.

The Town of Cochecton 2023 tax bills are in the mail. You can get all your tax information (as of January 2, 2023) online at taxlookup.net . Contact Eileen Hennessey if you have any questions. Email her at taxcollector@townofcochectonny.org.

If you need back-tax information, call the Sullivan County Treasurer’s office at 845/807-0200.
