MONTICELLO, NY — On Saturday, April 13, Beyond Plastics Sullivan County will hold a screening and discussion of “Blue Vinyl” at 1 p.m. in the Robert Norris Community Room at the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library.

The film examines vinyl chloride, a chemical in everyday plastic products. The chemical, Beyond Plastics says, comes with alarming environmental, health and environmental justice impacts. 

The film will be followed by a discussion led by representatives from Beyond Plastics Sullivan County NY.

The library is located at 479 Broadway.
