Are you dreaming of planting a garden this year but don’t know where to start? Did you have a garden last year, but want to get an early start on creating a plan this year? Then this family garden class is for you.
The Western Sullivan Public Library is holding classes on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. at the Delaware Free branch on March 22, and at the Jeffersonville branch on March 29.
Join the class for an interactive planning session. During the session, they’ll talk about design aesthetics, look at the planting schedule, and take time to decide what they want to plant this year and just where it should go.
Beginners and more-experienced junior gardeners are welcome. This class works as a stand-alone for children ages eight and up, as well as for children interested in joining the garden club. Parents are welcome to attend the class and create their own garden plan. Learn more at wsplonline.libcal.com/event/10287839.
