HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Arts Alliance (WCAA) Gallery has announced a new member’s exhibition with the opening of “ELEMENTS: Earth, Air, Fire, Water.”

The works are on view from Thursday, August 15 through October 6.

An artist’s reception will be held Friday, August 16 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Artists' submissions are based on their interpretation of one or all of these essential "elements.” Interpretations of the theme include fiber and fine art glass, digital photography and works on paper.

The WCAA Gallery is located at 959 Main St.  and is open from Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The participating artists are Mary Arden, Norma Bernstock, Jane Biron, Trish Blauth, Barbara Carpenito, Phyllis Chekenian, Adison Davis, Geoff Fowler, Erica Hart, Bozena Janiszewski, Rich Klein, Marie Kramer, Laura Lippay, Katharina Litchman, Pete Maria, Buff McAllister, George Penyak, Joan Plishook, Debby Pollak, Tom Ricotta, Michael Schirra, Chris Takacs and Naomi Teppich.
