MILFORD, PA — Kindred Spirts Arts Programs (KSAP) will present “Tradition and Passion,” a performance by Carlos Arturo Bedoya, at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 17 under the open-air pool pavilion at Grey Towers National Historic Site.

The repertoire of Bedoya, the top prize-winner of more than 20 national and international competitions, spans cultures and centuries. He’ll perform the music of J.S. Bach, Paganini, Milhaud, Assad, Albeniz and others.

Cellist Yosif Feigelson will participate as well.

Apart from performing, Bedoya also teaches, conducts, collaborates through chamber music and furthers cultural enrichment.

KSAP, the producer of this event, is a nonprofit organization of volunteers that brings performing artists to Northeast Pennsylvania. This concert is sponsored in part by a generous grant from Greater Pike Community Foundation.

KSAP also arranges educational enrichment workshops for high school students. Visit www.kindredspiritsarts.org, email kindredspir@yahoo.com or call 570/409-1269 to learn more. Donations and volunteers are welcome.
