CALLICOON, NY — All are invited to help volunteers identify and remove invasive species during the Catskill Regional Invasive Species Program (CRISP) at Riverside Park at 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 12.
It’s a project spearheaded by Sullivan County’s Division of Planning and its partners. A program of the Catskill Center for Conservation and Development, CRISP helps restore and protect native environments. It is beginning work on the former Upper Delaware Campgrounds, which Sullivan County is developing into Riverside Park, the county’s newest park.
Registration is requested at www.catskillinvasives.com/events.
