MONTICELLO, NY — Sullivan County Sheriff Mike Schiff congratulates three new deputy sheriffs on their recent graduation from the Orange County Police Chiefs’ Academy. The three new recruits endured six months of intensive training and are now with field training officers in the Patrol Division.
