NARROWSBURG, NY — The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA) will kick off its six-part Salon Series with Act Underground’s presentation of “Love Letters” at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 17 in the Krause Recital Hall.

The play explores a relationship from second grade through high school, college and adulthood—entirely through notes, invitations and letters.

The performance stars Greg Triggs and Lisa Gonsalves and is directed by Kyoshin Lohr.

Tracing the lifelong correspondence of the staid, dutiful lawyer Andrew Makepeace Ladd III (Triggs) and the lively, unstable artist Melissa Gardner (Gonsalves), the story of their bittersweet relationship gradually unfolds from what is written—and what is left unsaid—in their letters over their lives.

It is performed with the permission of the Dramatists Play Service.

Krause Recital Hall is located at the DVAA, 37 Main St.

All events are free and open to the public.
