HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced that the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

Robert Allsop, 45, of Rutherfordton, NC, was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of False Swearing in Official Matters.

Angelo Terranova, 50, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to no less than 30 days (time served) nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Robert Kane, 55, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to no less than 45 days (time served) nor more than 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on two counts of Disorderly Conduct–Engage in Fighting.

Ziad Aburumeileh, 31, of Woodland Park, NJ, was sentenced to no less than 72 hours (time served) nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Driving Under the Influence.

Kelly Branning, 36, of Muncy, PA was sentenced to no less than 72 hours (time served) nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Driving Under the Influence.

Joseph Faust, 28, of Beach Lake, PA, was sentenced to no less than 17 days (time served) nor more than 23.5 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Flight to Avoid Apprehension.

Bethann Tayburn, 39, of Moscow, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 9 months on one count of Neglect of Animals-Sustenance/Water.

Glen Protz, 60, Lakewood, PA, was sentenced to no less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Driving Under the Influence.

Christopher Hogg, 47, of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to no less than 12 months nor more than 60 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Driving Under the Influence-Controlled Substance: Schedule 1; one count of DUI-Controlled Substance: Impaired Ability; one count of Possession of Controlled Substance: Heroin-Second or Subsequent; one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; one count o Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended or Revoked, Operate Vehicle without Required Financial Responsibility, one count of Careless Driving, and one count of Fail to Use Safety Belt.

James Drennen, 58, of Lake Ariel, PA , was sentenced to no less than 6 months nor more than 23.5 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Simple Assault-Bodily Injury with a Deadly Weapon and one count of Strangulation.

Nicholas Sporer, 31, of Milanville, PA, was found to be in violation of his parole and was remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for the remainder of his sentence (May 24, 2027).
