HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell on February 15 announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

Eriq Miller, 31, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced no less than 18 months nor more than 36 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility on one count of Intimidation of Witness and one count of Simple Assault. 

Randilei Simpson, 39, of Carbondale, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of DUI. 

William Fetherman, 37, of South Sterling, PA, was sentenced to 3 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by 18 months on probation for one count of Simple Assault and one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

Elise Gutleber, 47, of Pleasant Mount, PA, was sentenced to one month incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by 36 months on probation for one count of DUI: Controlled Substance/Combination Alcohol-2nd Offense and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked.

Matthew O’Neill, 44, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to 3 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by 36 months of probation for one count of DUI-Controlled Substance-Metabolite 2nd Offense.

Holly James, 69, of Lackawaxen, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 24 months for one count of DUI-Controlled Substance with Impaired Ability-2nd Offense.

Michael Zielinski, 39, of Hawley, PA, was sentenced to no less than 24 months nor more than 60 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility for one count of Stalking.
