LAKE HUNTINGTON, NY — Do fairy tales really come true? Or is happily ever after a lotta friggin’ work?
Jeremy Dobrish’s comedy “The Handless Maiden” explores that question at 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 13 at the Delaware Valley Opera Center.
The play is described as a blend of a Grimm’s fairy tale with two contemporary stories, creating a tale of “Be careful what you wish for.”
The staged reading of the play is directed by Arthur Aulisi, and features Thomas Cambridge, Lexee McEntee, Jonathan Brody, Carol MacAdam, Clown Daddy, Marshall Shnider and Laura Velez.
