BLOOMING GROVE, PA — On September 19 at 8:35 p.m., a traffic stop was attempted on Jeffrey Millard, 55, of Laceyville, PA on I-84 East, Palmyra Township for multiple vehicle violations. A pursuit was initiated causing Millard to drive his vehicle through the woods, abandoning it then taking off on foot.
Multiple Pennsylvania State Police entities, DCNR rangers, PA Game Commission, and Promised Land Park rangers searched for Millard with negative results.
A records check revealed that Millard has three active arrest warrants. Millard is not considered to be any danger to the public. Most warrants are drug or alcohol violations.
Anyone with any information on Jeffrey Millard or his whereabouts is asked to call PSP Blooming Grove at 570/226-5718.
