Richard Henry Georgs, 82, of Welcome Lake, PA, died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on March 16, 2022.  He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Evelyn Wilhelmina (Tietje) Georgs.

Richard was a retired mechanical engineer.  An avid fisherman and New York Giants fan, he loved his family above all else.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter,  Michele Galante and her husband, John;  one son, Richard J. Georgs and his wife, Nancy; and five grandchildren:  Richard John Jr., Cameron, Christian and Tyler Georgs and Devin Galante.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
