Millard O. Hulse, age 85, of Butte, MT, passed away on August 20, 2024. He was born in Port Jervis, NY to Millard and Kathryn Hulse on May 12, 1939. He had one brother, Dave.
He attended Barryville’s Little Red School House, then high school in Eldred, NY. At age 17, he attended Rensselaer Polytechnical Institute in Troy, NY, where he earned a psychology degree. From there, Millard received his master’s degree in public relations from the University of Montana.
Millard joined the Army after he completed his degree at RPI and went on to work for the federal government. Millard moved to Montana in 1972 and after he received his master’s degree, he went to work at the Bureau of Land Management, where he met and married Linda Navarro. Together they raised their son, Tim Hulse.
Millard is preceded in death by his wife Linda, his parents and his brother.
Millard is survived by his son, Tim, and his wife’s family.
Millard was interred next to his wife on August 31 at Holy Cross Cemetery in Butte, MT.
