DAMASCUS TOWNSHIP, PA — A Wayne County man died in the aftermath of a crash on Saturday, Nov. 4, on Callicoon Road.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Honesdale, Travis Canfield of Tyler Hill, 32, was flung out of his vehicle as the result of a crash. At that point another driver, Nathaniel Box, 20, of Damascus, PA, seemingly distracted by the crash, hit Canfield, according to police.
The driver who hit Canfield left the scene but then returned shortly afterward, according to the police report.
