FOREST CITY, PA — A new bike repair station was recently installed on the Erie Street Trailhead of the D&H Rail Trail.
The station was donated by Kost Tire and was the result of a partnership with Kost Tire, the Rail-Trail Council and the Forest City Outdoor Town Action Team.
The repair stations feature a stand to allow a rider to mount a bicycle and contains basic tools needed to perform do-it-yourself bicycle repairs. It also features a heavy-duty bicycle pump with a pump head for both Schrader and Presta valves.
Kost Tire & Auto Service is celebrating 85 years in business and traces its roots to Forest City.
