DINGMANS FERRY, PA — Kids between the ages of six and 10 can join artist Pam Rice in creating artwork using sunlight in different ways; the workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, January 6 at the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC).
Children will make cyanotype artworks using leaves, feathers and dried flowers as elements in sun-painting compositions. They will also create shadow drawings of fall plant life.
The cost is $10 per child. Registration is required. To register, call 570/828-2319. PEEC is located at 538 Emery Rd.
