HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

JALON WHITE, age 29, of Middletown, PA was sentenced to no less than 90 days on house arrest on one count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Schedule 1 Controlled Substance-2nd Offense (M1).

CRYSTAL GERSTENMAIER, age 33, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 6 months nor more than 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and one count of Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).

JOSEPH ANDERSON III, age 31, of Carbondale, PA was sentenced to no less than 72 hours (time served) nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI (M) and one count of Driving While Operating Privileges Suspended/Revoked (S).

SHANE CASTELLANO, age 20, of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6 months on one count of DUI-Minor (M) and sentenced to another period of 6 months on probation for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) to run consecutively to count 1.

EMMANUELLE RAMOS, age 36, of Dickson City, PA was placed on a period of 18 months on probation for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance (M), one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) and one count of Driving While Operating Privileges Suspended/Revoked (S).

CHRISTOPHER BARNES, age 53, of Lakeville, PA was sentenced to a period of no less than 3 days (time served) nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Home Improvement Fraud (M1).

NIKOLAOS KOPOULOS, age 25, of Bethpage, NY was found to be in violation of his parole and was remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility until July 16, 2025

JOHN DALESSIO, age 39, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to a period of no less than 6 months nor more than 3 years incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-2nd Offense (M) and one count of Illegally Operate Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock (M).
