HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Arts Alliance Gallery (WCAA) will hold an artist’s reception for its new exhibition, titled “In Print,” at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 1 at the WCAA gallery.

The exhibition features WCAA print artists Nancy Palubniak and Monique Milleson.

The show features block print, lino print, engravings and monoprints and is on view through Sunday, April 14.

Palubniak holds an MFA in studio art from City College of New York and is focused on drawing and printmaking. As an example of her work: Discarded feathers from her garden and birdfeeder have become part of the printmaking process.

Milleson grew up in Virginia and received a BFA in sculpture in 2006 from James Madison University. Her studio art practice finds inspiration in the natural world, and she works in block printing, painting, collage and needle felting, and she uses found and natural materials for sculpture as well as interventions in the landscape.

The gallery is located at 959 Main St. and is open Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. In April, the hours will change to Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
