WAYNE COUNTY, PA — “Chip Forelli was an extraordinary artist, photographer, musician, husband, father and friend,” the Wayne County Arts Alliance wrote in its September 6 newsletter. “He will be greatly missed.”  

Forelli passed away on August 25.
