HONESDALE – Open enrollment for Pennie.com, Pennsylvania’s health insurance marketplace, began Nov. 1. Staff members from Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers are offering free assistance at its 630 Park St., Honesdale, location to anyone who needs help navigating the website

Open enrollment continues through Jan. 15, 2024, for coverage effective on Jan., 1, 2024. However, eligible consumers must have their plan selected by Dec. 15, and premiums must be paid by the first of the month before insurance starts.
