LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY — Are you a local young actor who can sing? Dance? Consider trying out for Forestburgh Playhouse productions of “Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka the Musical” or “The Prom.” The auditions will be held on Sunday, February 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at SUNY Sullivan’s Seelig Theatre.

Actors aged five to 12 with singing abilities and basic movement skills are needed for “Willy Wonka.” 

Performers aged 13 to 17 are needed for “The Prom.” The playhouse is looking for singers who can move and singers who can dance. The young actors will work with the playhouse’s performers.

To participate, email production@fbplayhouse.org with the subject line “Local Casting Signup.” In your email, specify whether you are auditioning for “Willy Wonka” or “The Prom.” 

If you possess dance skills and wish to audition for “The Prom,” indicate that you would like to join the dancing PromSemble.
