DINGMANS FERRY, PA — The Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) will host a spring peeper search from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 12.
There is no charge to attend.
Peepers, tiny tree frogs, have thawed out and are active again. Bring a flashlight to help search for them.
Then on Sunday, April 14, join a frog frolic at PEEC at 10 a.m. Visit the center’s ponds and streams and learn about the frogs that live there.
Wear boots and expect to get wet.
The frog frolic is also free to attend.
