DAMASCUS, PA — Farm Arts Collective will host its annual Family Farm Day on Saturday, July 13 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the new Agri-Cultural Center on Willow Wisp Farm.
Learn about organic farming, food production and flower-growing on the 25-acre solar-powered vegetable farm. You can join a tour of 15 greenhouses and vegetable and flower fields.
Group tours will take place at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
The day will also include face painting with Fox-Glow Face Painting, seed-starting workshops and demos, kids’ games, arts and crafts, and other activities for the whole family.
Wear boots and a sunhat.
There’s no charge for the event.
