ELDRED, NY — The Eldred Preserve will offer a five-course Ruffino wine-pairng dinner on Friday, April 5 at 6 p.m.
The evening is hosted by Jason Rand, a certified Italian wine professional.
The pairing dinner will include five Ruffino wines, including several award-winning varieties.
Courses include tender poached pear with Ruffino Orvieto Classico, fresh lump crab salad with Ruffino Riserva Ducale Chianti Classico Riserva, hand-shaved oce with Ruffino Prosecco Organic, beef Wellington with Ruffino Alauda Toscana and flourless chocolate torte with Greppone Mazzi Brunello Di Montalcino.
