Lee K. Anderson, 83, of Equinunk, PA, passed away February 27, 2023 at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. Lee was born February 12, 1940 in Cornwall, NY. Funeral services with military honors were held March 7 at the Calkins Baptist Church in Milanville, PA. Interment followed in Calkins Cemetery.

Joan E. Coons, 90, of Waymart, PA, passed away March 3, 2023 at Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton, PA. Joan was born October 21, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA. Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Waymart Cemetery at Canaan Corners.

Joseph M. Guinther, 83, passed away February 26, 2023 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA. Joseph was born July 3, 1939 in Carbondale, PA. A Mass will be held Tuesday, March 14 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Honesdale. Friends can visit before the service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Jesse W. McMillen, 31, of Honesdale, PA, passed away February 25, 2023. Jesse was born November 1, 1991 in Honesdale. A memorial service will be held on a date to be announced.

Betty Mae Mills, 77, of Equinunk, PA, passed away December 16, 2022. Betty was born June 29, 1945 in Callicoon, NY. A graveside service for the immediate family will be held Saturday, April 22 at 11 a.m at Pine Grove Cemetery in Deposit, NY. Attendees will celebrate her life that day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lookout Fire Hall, 2625 Hancock Hwy. in Equinunk.

Luecreacher Stevenson

Luecreacher Stevenson, 83, of Scranton, PA, and formerly of Hawley, PA, passed away February 28, 2023 at Allied Services Hospice Center in Scranton. Luecreacher was born December 17, 1939 in Greeleyville, SC. Funeral services were held March 6 at Faith Christian Outreach Center in Hawley. Burial followed in Green Gates Cemetery in Hawley.

Allen J. Winters Jr.

Allen J. Winters Jr., 75, of Greeley, PA, passed away February 27, 2023 at home. Allen was born March 26, 1947 in Paterson, NJ. Graveside services and burial with military honors were held March 4 at Northern New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sparta, NJ.
