PORT JERVIS, NY — The Port Jervis NY Tourism Board will host the return of the annual Christkindlmarkt on Sunday, November 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown Port Jervis.
Christkindlmarkt (pronounced Krist-kindul-market) is a Christmas market similar to those held throughout Germany during the holiday season. There are specialty foods, handcrafters and local retailers—offering something for everyone on your holiday gift-giving list!
There are 100-plus vendors inside the Erie Trackside Manor and at curbside.
You’ll find live entertainment from Hilby the Skinny German Juggle Boy and the Jingleheimer German Band. There will be horse-and-wagon rides through the downtown area. There’s a petting zoo and pony rides too, plus holiday carolers and a visit from the Christmas angel.
It’s a family event with free admission and free parking.
