DEBRUCE, NY — Davidson’s General Store will hold its upcoming Centennial Celebration from 12 noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 7 at its location along the Willowemoc at the corner of DeBruce and Goff Roads.
The event is dedicated to celebrating the life and legacy of Mahlon Davidson, the proprietor of Davidson’s General Store from 1923 to 1963.
Davidson was renowned for his skills as a fly tyer and fly fisherman.
The celebration offers a day of family-friendly fun, entertainment and local vendors. The highlights include hayrides, a petting zoo, a pumpkin patch, a jumpy house for children, a 1920s DJ and a vendor marketplace.
Admission to the celebration is free and all are welcomed.
