LIBERTY, NY — The next series of Caregiver Cafe sessions start on Monday, December 4 at 10 a.m. at Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County (CCESC).
Sessions take place weekly on Mondays through February 12, 2024. There is no charge.
Caregivers can take a break and connect with others, share tips on stress management, learn about dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, and learn about financial and legal concerns, resources and more.
Light refreshments will be served.
This program is funded by grants through the NYS Department of Health, Sullivan County Office for the Aging, the Caregiver Resource Center at CCESC and the Alzheimer’s Association.
