NARROWSBURG, NY--The community is invited to gather at the Narrowsburg bridge at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, for a candlelight vigil in memory of the children killed in the Middle East.
“Even in moments of great joy, remember there is suffering in the world," says the invitation from Beverly Sterner of Jewish Voice for Peace. "While we prepare for happy days of celebration, As the sun goes down this Saturday, let’s stand together and light a candle of hope and in memory of more than 7,000 children killed."
