COCHECTON, NY — The Cochecton Preservation Society hosts its 17th annual Coffee Tea and History presentation on Sunday, September 24, starting at 1 p.m. The talk takes place at the Erie Station, 8537 State Rte, 97.
Guest speakers James Richardson and Davis Bernitt portray Civil War brothers Jim and George Anderson as they arrive home at the depot after the war. They meet and talk about their battles, how they survived—as soldiers who fought on opposite sides.
Admission and light refreshments are free, and donations are appreciated.
