LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — The Catskill Art Society, in partnership with Sullivan County BOCES, will present the annual CAS Sullivan County High School Art Show, a new exhibition of works by Sullivan County public high school students, running April 28 to May 21 at the CAS Arts Center at 48 Main St.

Gioello’s butterflies at The Art Factory

WHITE MILLS, PA — Milford artist Debbie Gioello will be the featured artist at The Art Factory of White Mills, presenting “Spring Metamorphism,” showing her collection of butterfly paintings, in a show that runs from May 1 through June 10. There will be an artist’s reception on Saturday, May 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

Civil War encampment at The Columns

MILFORD, PA — The Columns Museum will host a Civil War Encampment on Saturday, April 22 at 10 a.m., with participants who will travel all the way from Philadelphia. The museum has a special connection with these volunteers due to the Davis-Bailey Collection, which is housed in the museum.

Babies in the barn

CALLICOON CENTER, NY — Apple Pond Farm and Renewable Energy Education Center at 80 Hahn Rd. has babies in the barn. Their goat Kiku had twins, a boy and a girl. Soon to give birth are Oreo, Cordelia and Comet. Not far behind are 20 ewes due between April 15 and May 1. The public is invited to come meet the young any time between 11 a.m.
