Temple Sholom invites the community to help assemble the sukkah. Helpers will meet on Monday, October 14 at 10:30 a.m. If you can help, call Ira Simon at 914/799-0921. Coffee and donuts will be served.

The temple will host a communal meal in the sukkah on Friday, October 18 at 5:30 p.m. Join Simon and Julia Levin to celebrate this mitzvah. Attendees should bring their own picnic dinners and a warm jacket. During dinner, attendees will have an opportunity to shake the lulav and etrog. Shabbat services will follow.

The Temple Sholom Book Club will be reading “Exodus, Revisited” by Deborah Feldman. The book is available at Amazon in hardcover, paperback and Kindle versions. The next discussion meeting will be Thursday, October 24 at 7 p.m. by Zoom and all are welcome to attend. RSVP to receive the Zoom link by emailing Valerie Taitel at vmtaitel@gmail.com or call 508/314-0511.
