The Outside Institute is partnering with Cheryl Perry of Red Barn Studio for this class in which you’ll learn to use the bounty of the farmers’ market to create creative main course salads. We’ll make dressings from scratch, as well as a quick fresh cheese and two flatbreads to accompany the salads. There will even be some locally foraged ingredients to toss in! We’ll share wine from local vineyards while we indulge in our creations.
This is a perfect class for a family outing, a relaxed afternoon date or just an excuse to drink delicious wine and eat fabulous food while having a fun and memorable afternoon.
