LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — Livingston Manor Central School is providing the community with a 70-minute viewing of the film "Screenagers" at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 26 in the school's old gym.
"Screenagers" discusses how technology has reshaped our youth in conjunction with the effects of substance abuse. Community members in attendance will be provided with strategies to encourage healthy decision making, support teen mental health and create healthy home environments.
The film also provides students with healthy ways to support one another when dealing with the influence of social media, drugs, alcohol and vaping.
All guests enjoying the class of 2027 chicken barbecue (provided in the cafeteria) are welcome to bring their dinner with them.
