Story showed lack of journalistic integrity, ethics

Here we go again... I have come to expect fluff Pizzolato articles from this "paper." I also know you don't fact check anything that you write; the gas tank caper and "hate crime" and now this mailer which is factually based information as of its receipt. The gas tank was an accident, but so fast to jump to conclusions.

Now Pizzolato says he paid $27,000 on the 29th that he claimed he didn't owe last week.  No one pays the state on a Sunday. Or maybe Pizzolato paid because he was called out by the mailer. The tax warrant first appeared in Rieber's bulletin over the summer—why pay now? That's right, I know what you are going to say before you say it. It doesn't matter.

This is all standard from you: lack of journalistic integrity and lack of ethics. I do take offense to how I am personally portrayed in the article. Use of the word "klan" is unacceptable. So these were Pizzolato's words? Blah blah. You printed it. It was out there and people read it. I don't know why, because you are a sham of a paper, but they read something you posted. The only reason you changed the spelling was because my wife Kaitlin complained to you. If anyone has anything to say to me, they can say it to my face; I'm not hard to find.

We were also referred to as animals (humans don't have paws). Come on, seriously, this is a joke as well.

I hope that you enjoyed printing this article, or should I say opinion piece; and that it had the desired effect you were trying to achieve.

One more thing: the Haas family has never harassed anyone. So now you also print hearsay. I hope everyone sees through your smoke and mirrors and cancels their subscriptions and advertising. I know you won't print this letter because it doesn't fit your narrative, but emails are submittable in court.

When will the nonsense end?
