HONESDALE, PA — “This has been the absolute rainiest fair season I have ever seen since my days of fair going and I’ve been going since a child and I’m old lol,” wrote Kristen Elizabeth Frisch in a conversation on the Wayne County Fair’s Facebook page. Christina Tuttle said “it was a rainy muddy mess then. Still enjoyed the derby even covered in mud.”

There was plenty of fun to be had at the Wayne County Fair between the raindrops, which started up on August 2 for nine full days of (sometimes rainy) fun.
