HONESDALE, PA — Sree Sreenivasan, former chief digital officer of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City and Columbia University, is bringing his global social media tour to The Stourbridge Project on Saturday, October 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be two three-hour workshops: one for small businesses (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and one for nonprofit organizations (2 to 5 p.m.). Sreenivasan will share ways to increase sales and leads using social media; how to use social media to attract/connect with potential donors; what’s working and what isn’t in 2018; best practices that he learned in his positions as chief digital officer (and his 21 years teaching at Columbia Journalism School); and how to cut through the noise using innovative tools and strategies.
These workshops are a partnership between Sreenivasan and Tim Sohn, CEO and founder of www.sohnsocial mediasolutions.com, based in Shohola. To purchase tickets($35) to the business workshop, visit sreepabiz.eventcombo.com. To buy tickets for the non-profits workshop($20), visit sreepanonprofit.eventcombo.com.
