MILFORD, PA — The Pike County Public Library (PCPL) is offering a new Mindful Meditation workshop, on three Saturdays: October 12, November 9 and December 7 at 12:30 p.m. The program will be run by Neola Bricuyet, a certified intuitive energy healer and licensed social worker with over 25 years of counseling experience.
Meditation can lead to positive emotions such as love and joy, a reduction in stress, improved resilience, clarity, higher cognitive capacity, improved problem-solving, improved emotional stability and more, Bricuyet said.
