LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY — The SUNY Sullivan Career Center is hosting a career and job fair beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5. The job fair is open to students and the public, and organizers expect some of the largest local and regional employers to participate.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their resumes. The Job Fair takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the E Lobby on the SUNY Sullivan campus.
“As a catalyst for workforce development, SUNY Sullivan wants to bring together employers and potential employees to help fill the labor shortage here in the county,” said Career Development and Transfer Advisor Klu Padu.
Job Fair participants include Garnet Health, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Allbright Electric, Granite Associates, New York State Department of Corrections, the Kartrite, the Center for Discovery, Crystal Run Healthcare, New Hope Community, Bethel Woods, Sullivan County Public Health, Sullivan County Cornell Cooperative Extension and many other leading local and regional businesses.
