5 p.m.—The city will hold its annual Food Truck and Fireworks Festival at Riverside Park.
11:30 a.m. to 12 noon— Gather at the Lordville Presbyterian Church. Reading of the Declaration of Independence at 11:45 a.m.
12 noon—Parade. The family-oriented event celebrates the birth of the nation and patriotism. Organizers ask that visitors leave their politics at home.
11 a.m.—Parade lineup.
12 noon—Parade steps off from the Lumberland Fire Department and will end at the town hall.
3 p.m.—Firemen’s parade. Lineup on Bridge Street. The parade route includes Erie Ave, Main Street and Bridge Street. Expect some street closures around the parade route during the afternoon.
10 a.m. to end of fireworks. Celebration on Main Street with a parade, entertainment, vendors and fireworks. Rain date is Saturday, July 6. 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.—Entertainment and vendors.
12 noon—Parade on Main Street.
8 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.—Entertainment continues.
9:15 p.m.—Fireworks.
5 p.m. to 10 p.m.—Independence Day celebration. Rain date is Tuesday, July 2. 7:30 p.m.—Music in Central Park, presented by the Wayne County Creative Arts Council. Held in Central Park.
8:45 p.m.—Fireworks begin, according to the borough’s website. Set off from Irving Cliff.
4 p.m. to 9 p.m.—Independence Day celebration at Airport Park. Includes songs by Elvis Presley, fireworks, a live DJ, food, fun and games. Hosted by McAteer & Will Estates. Cost is $5 per car; proceeds support the park.
7:30 a.m.—Independence Day celebration. Boy Scout Troop 407 will hold its 12th annual Firecracker 5K Race, followed by a parade and celebration at 377 Great Bend Tpk.
