HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by  the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:  

JASON RUNNE, age 20, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to no less than 24 months nor more than 60 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Strangulation –  Apply Pressure to Throat or Neck and one count of Stalking – Repeatedly Commit Acts to Cause  Fear.  

KEITH HAVENSTRITE, age 34, of Madison Twp, PA was sentenced to no less than 9 months nor more than 60 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Retail  Theft – Take Merchandise.  

KEVIN DOUGHERTY, age 64, of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 36  months on one count of DUI.  

MATTHEW INGENITO, age 53, of Hawley, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6  months on one count of DUI.  

STEPHEN BOLSTRIDGE, age 45, Gouldsboro, PA was sentenced to no less than 2 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Follow Too Closely.
