HONESDALE and LORDS VALLEY, PA — Both Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) dental sites—The Together For Health Dental Center in Honesdale and Pike Dental Center in Lords Valley—are now accepting new pediatric and adult patients, thanks to the recruitment of Allison Sujin Yu, D.M.D.

“We are excited to have Dr. Yu working with us as a member of our team,” said Nichole Yannone, dental manager of WMCHC. “With another dental provider onboard, CHC can extend its reach of general dentistry services to a greater number of people.”

Dr. Yu received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency as a general dental practitioner at Einstein Medical Center. Prior to joining WMCHC, Dr. Yu worked at practices in Luzerne and Montgomery counties of Pennsylvania.

WMCHC is a federally qualified health center clinically affiliated with Wayne Memorial Health System. Both centers accept most private insurance plans, managed care plans and medical assistance. A sliding fee based on income is also offered to those who qualify.
