NARROWSBURG, NY — The Winter Dance Party at the Narrowsburg Union over the weekend was a huge success thanks to the collaboration of everyone in the community, said its hosts Tom and Cecilia Coacci.
The food of the evening was provided by The Heron, Uncle Vinny’s Farm Fresh Italian Kitchen, The Laundrette and The Tusten Cup. The Rockabilly band Hailez Cometz and DJ Black Ops Sound provided the tunes and more than 100 people bought tickets and twisted and shouted the night away, 1950s style.
The organizers are still counting the proceeds, which will go toward the Narrowsburg Chamber of Commerce.
