CALLICOON, NY — At Teen Tech Time, held on Thursday afternoons this summer at the Delaware Free Branch of the Western Sullivan Public Library, participants will work together to either design an original arena, stadium, or concert hall; or to recreate an existing structure from around the world, using 3-D printing. Students will learn important engineering principles and then apply them toward their designs. They will also have the option of printing their final designs at the end of the program.
Kids can earn prizes for attendance, and at the end of the summer a raffle will be held and the winner will receive a special prize. Teen Tech Time is open to all children ages 10 and up, and runs every Thursday from July 26 until August 16 from 2 to 4 p.m. For more information call the Delaware Free Branch at 845/887-4040, or visit wsplonline.org.
